Responsibilities
Support all Assembly Label retail stores in the execution of VM directives by providing clear feedback and direction.
Create seasonal VM guidelines and directives for all stores in collaboration with the National Visual Merchandising Manager.
Maintain brand guidelines and visual standards within bricks-and-mortar stores to reflect the brand's vision, mission and values.
Onboard new retail team members to brand standards and VM guidelines; provide ongoing support and training to existing staff.
Identify knowledge and skill gaps within the team and conduct relevant training to support store success.
Coach and deliver timely feedback to retail staff to optimize VM-driven commercial opportunities, option count management and brand compliance at store level.
Develop strategies to achieve and increase shopfront conversion benchmarks.
Analyse data, report results, and execute strategies to influence positive commercial outcomes.
Act as a brand ambassador, leading by example and embodying the Vision, Mission and Values of Assembly Label at all times.
