Visual Merchandising Coordinator - Maternity Leave Cover

This is a maternity leave cover role, full time until January 2026, with some travel between stores locally and interstate.

Responsibilities
  • Support all Assembly Label retail stores in the execution of VM directives by providing clear feedback and direction.
  • Create seasonal VM guidelines and directives for all stores in collaboration with the National Visual Merchandising Manager.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and visual standards within bricks-and-mortar stores to reflect the brand's vision, mission and values.
  • Onboard new retail team members to brand standards and VM guidelines; provide ongoing support and training to existing staff.
  • Identify knowledge and skill gaps within the team and conduct relevant training to support store success.
  • Coach and deliver timely feedback to retail staff to optimize VM-driven commercial opportunities, option count management and brand compliance at store level.
  • Develop strategies to achieve and increase shopfront conversion benchmarks.
  • Analyse data, report results, and execute strategies to influence positive commercial outcomes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, leading by example and embodying the Vision, Mission and Values of Assembly Label at all times.
