Join an exciting, growing technology company in Mascot NSW as a Customer Success Executive at Avalias. This is a permanent part-time role, 4 days/week.
If you are a customer success executive with a passion for working with customers, growing relationships and the appetite to help develop revenue, then here's a bit more on the role, skills and experience we're looking for.
The Role
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
- Working with existing customers to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong focus on business development support.
- Proposal development.
- Managing the CRM system.
- Focusing on a range of other customer acquisition activities.
- Managing incoming leads generated by the business development team.
- Researching new opportunities and assisting with development of new channels.
- Coordinating training schedules for customers.
- Assisting customers during product implementations.
- Assisting with customer retention strategies and communication.
- Responding to customer enquiries and managing support requests.
As the role evolves and you learn the product, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in running online demos and wider business development activities.
About You
Experience
- Experience of account management or B2B sales with evidence of outstanding professional achievement.
- A university degree in business, commerce, or marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an effective way.
- Great attention to detail.
- Good team player.
- Creative problem solver.
- Listens well to identify customer and business development team needs.
- Experience in a similar technology/software company advantageous.

- Exceptional client, account, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including highly developed presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and thrives in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Creative problem solver.
- Listens well to identify customer and business development team needs.

**Experience**:
- B2B sales: 3 years (required)
