Customer Success Executive (CSE)

Foodifox is an early-stage start-up going places. We have advanced technology systems to create an unparalleled, contactless, convenient food delivery solution. We collaborate with food delivery platforms, restaurants, cafes and passionate cooks and deliver their unique recipes ordered via our app to our state-of-the-art thermal locker. We are the 'locker people' with unparalleled technology to deliver a workplace, learning centre and residential solution.

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to build deep relationships with customers by handholding them throughout the user journey.

What you'll be doing:
1. Launch new sites and run new user online/offline onboarding promotions.

2. Developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and reporting

3. Demonstrating the product (meals/service) highlights to existing user

4. Evaluates and analyses Customer Needs

5. Mapping customer success journey with Marketing to identify and remove any friction.

6. Analyse location and end-user data with various tools and methods to improve engagement and retention.

7. Liaising with the marketing and IT team for better user insights

Who we are looking for:
1. Excellent track record of customer acquisition, re-engagement, retention and loyalty programs online and offline.

2. Effectively analysing data through segmentation, customer journey mapping and lifecycle analysis to develop ongoing strategies.

3. Data-driven, results-oriented marketer with a bias for action.

4. Background in the M-commence industry. Hospo or Direct customer management is a bonus.

5. Cross-functional experience between Operations, IT & marketing.

**Salary**: From $75,000.00 per year
