So, what's the job?
You'll be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team
You'll oversee the day-to-day work of your team to ensure accurate and timely claims processing in line with applicable laws and administrative rules, as well as departmental processes and procedures
You'll instill a team attitude towards delivering consistent, professional and proactive customer service
You'll ensure financial responsibility and effective management by means of identifying trends, designing and delivery programs to mitigate loss/or leakage to claims and business impact.
You'll review and analyse customer satisfaction results, voice of the customer and Quality Assurance metrics to design, deliver, coach and recommend improvements.
