**Primary Purpose of Role**:
The Workplace concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the workplace. This role requires a strong focus on hospitality, communication and administration skills.

You will be the central point of contact for employees and visitors, providing assistance, information and support while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

**Snapshot of your day**:

- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting employees and visitors
- Provide registration support and issue access passes for visitors and permanent employees
- Provide building induction to all new employees, contractors and visitors ensuring they are well informed of the building and its facilities.
- Mail management and advising customers of any parcel deliveries
- Provide meeting room support and ensure meeting rooms are ready for use & in excellent conditions at all times
- Complete daily walkthrough of workspace, ensure standards are maintained and report any maintenance and cleaning issues
- Monitor levels of stationery and kitchen supplies, restocking when required
- To act as the fire warden (floor warden) in case of fire emergencies
- To be the first aider for emergencies

- Strong reception, front office, hospitality/customer service experience in previous roles
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for people and customer service
- Attention to detail
- Works well under pressure and ability to multi-task
- Proficient computer skills
- Team player
