**About the Role**
As a Real Estate Sales Representative at Avante Realty, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional advice and guidance to clients while helping them find their ideal properties. You'll work closely with buyers, sellers, and fellow agents in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct open inspections and buyer appointments
- Follow up with home open attendees and identify new opportunities
- Meet with sellers to complete Seller Disclosure Statements
- Prepare and negotiate offers, finalizing deals with buyers and sellers
- Coordinate property preparation tasks (painting, cleaning, etc.)
- Generate leads and conduct prospecting calls

**About You**:

- Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience
- Current driver's license
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven sales, negotiation, and influencing abilities
- Tech-savvy with excellent computer skills
