Job tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Complete prospecting tasks to generate appraisals and listing opportunities
  • Keep in contact with prospects regularly through telephone or personal visits
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Listing and selling properties
  • Managing campaigns
  • Receiving inquiries from prospective buyers
  • Promotion of the firm in the local market
  • Social media marketing
  • Organizing and doing home opens
  • Completing required CPD points

Skills and experience

  • Must have your Real Estate Sales Registration
  • Relevant work experience and a passion for property sales
  • Self-motivated and highly active
  • Be immaculately presented
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have a positive and proactive approach to work
  • Have confidence in your listing skills
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable car
