Baskerville Tavern is a family-friendly and dog-friendly Restaurant & Brewery looking for a confident, competent and friendly **Casual Duty Manager** to join our team We pride ourselves on giving the best customer service, great beer and great food

**Our historic venue is situated in the beautiful Swan Valley, 25km from Perth CBD**

Restaurant opens 7 days a week (11 00 - 21 00).

The opportunity exists for anywhere between 25 hour and 30 hours a week.

The successful applicant must:

- have an RSA and Approved Managers card
- have 1+ years of bar and waitstaff experience, including management experience
- be comfortable both behind the bar, running and serving food.
- have an efficient work ethic.
- be capable of working independently and as an effective member of a team with a friendly and presentable demeanour.
- Have reliable transport (limited public transport in the area)
- be available weekdays (day and night) and weekends (day and night).

Key responsibilities will include:

- POS operations
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including local wines and spirits, and the beer brewed in the onsite brewery, Slumdog Brewing Co.
- Efficient food service, including clearing and reset
- Managing a team during busy periods
- Efficiently opening and closing the venue

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.23 - $43.83 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
