- As a Duty Manager you will be responsible for managing and assisting in the running of the entire Hotel Rooms Division operation during your shift. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you will appropriately allocate resources across the operation and ensure that Crown's policies, procedures, and brand standards are adhered to across all operational departments.
- To be considered for this role you will need to have Supervisory or Management experience in Hotel Front Office Operations.
- To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Hotel management experience at a departmental level within a superior hotel.
- Extensive customer service experience.
- Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Knowledge of the Opera Property Management System (or similar).
- Hospitality or business-related qualification is highly desired.
