**Who are we looking for?**
We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Energy & Resources and Plant & Process Group to lead the Energy team in Northern NSW, working closely with the Business Group Leader, ideally you will be based in Newcastle or our Central Coast office and you will manage the day-to-day functioning of the team. Building team capability around technical delivery and advocating for best for project and client excellence will be the key to your success in the role.

As we look to transition from traditional energy sources to adopt more renewable alternatives, you can play a key role in enabling and accelerating this change.

- Leading a multi-disciplinary Energy team, providing guidance, support and development to a diverse team
- Maintaining and promoting a safe working environment and culture across the team and GHD
- Leading Business Development efforts across Proposals, networking with clients and industry
- Delivering and leading innovative client solutions to deliver project excellence
- Establishing and Maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring and forecasting key financial targets and performance metrics for the group, including but not limited to utilisation, invoicing, quality and scope.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a project and/or operational environment
- Demonstrated experience coaching and supporting team members to deliver outcomes
- Commitment towards promoting a safety first environment and understanding of HSE frameworks
- Knowledge and experience of driving performance in a Professional Services environment
