Low Carbon Energy Solutions Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to spearhead our low-carbon energy initiatives in Northern NSW.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, building technical capability, and driving excellence in project outcomes.

About the Role:
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team, providing guidance, support, and development to team members
- Maintain a safe working environment and culture across the team
- Develop and implement business development strategies
- Deliver innovative client solutions to achieve project excellence
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and forecast financial targets and performance metrics
