Job Summary:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead major renewable energy projects across New South Wales.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project commercial aspects, construction metrics, forecasting and change management.
  • Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary projects of varying size and value, collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Set and achieve exceptional safety and quality performance through operational awareness and intervention.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A customer-centric mindset and strong emphasis on safety.
  • Proven experience in site-based Project Management delivery for multi-disciplinary renewable energy construction contracts.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and track record of managing large-scale workforces.
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.

Success in this role requires well-developed interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach. You must manage multiple aspects of work concurrently and demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement.
