**YOUR ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to support the growth of our hugely successful, market leading leasing practice. As a member of our award-winning, fun and dynamic team you will work alongside Partners Adrian Rich, Euon Williams and Matthew Glenn on leasing matters across the commercial and retail property sectors.

You will work as part of a paralegal team to manage a high volume of leasing matters, and in doing so will be preparing, negotiating and progressing leases for some of Australia's largest institutional landlords. You will deal directly with clients and negotiate with our clients' tenants and their lawyers.

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- previous leasing experience in a busy, high volume role;
- exceptional client service skills and responsiveness;
- a keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently produce accurate, high quality work;
- an interest in contributing to process improvement and systems;
- the initiative and drive to take ownership of your matters and client portfolios;
- strong IT skills;
- exceptional time management and organisational skills; and
- a proactive approach and positive attitude.
