Key Role in Property Leasing Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our dynamic Property Leasing team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for drafting, preparing and negotiating legal correspondence and contracts with clients and solicitors. You will also manage your own file load across multiple transactions and provide exceptional client service skills and responsiveness.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing PEXA workspaces and registering titles documents, conducting and reviewing property searches, and supporting team members with their proactive approach and positive attitude.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting, preparing and negotiating legal correspondence and contracts;
  • Liaising with clients and solicitors across the life of each transaction;
  • Managing own file load across the life of each transaction;
  • Providing exceptional client service skills and responsiveness;

Requirements:

  • Experience in preparing PEXA workspaces and registering titles documents;
  • Conducting and reviewing property searches;
  • Supporting team members with your proactive approach and positive attitude;
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and time-management skills and administration experience;
  • The initiative and drive to take ownership of matters and client portfolios;
  • Able to work as a team and autonomously to manage your own workload;
  • Passion for customer service and strong client relationship skills as this role will see you as a key client contact.
