Commercial Lease Administrator
Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to play a pivotal role in the growth of our esteemed leasing practice. Working alongside experienced partners, you will manage high-volume leasing matters, preparing and negotiating leases for prominent institutional landlords.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation, negotiation, and progression of leases for major clients;
- Direct client communication and negotiation with tenants' lawyers;
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely project completion;
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in leasing and property law;
- Exceptional client service and communication skills;
- A keen eye for detail and ability to deliver high-quality work;
