The successful applicants will receive training and skills development to progress into management roles, leading and overseeing daily departmental operations.Available departments include:BakeryCustomer ServiceDairy / FreezerFruit & VegGrocery / NightfillService DeliStore / Duty ManagementIn a fast-paced supermarket environment, applicants should demonstrate:Grocery and fresh food retail knowledge (desired but not essential)Leadership and motivation skillsOrdering and cost control abilitiesUnderstanding of gross profit calculationsRoster creation skillsPassion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on approachStrong commitment to customer serviceExcellent communication skillsAbility to liaise with team members and managementCoaching, training, and performance management skillsCommitment to work health and safety standardsIf you're interested, we would love to hear from you
