About the Role

As the Head of Department - Junior Secondary you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of academic enrichment at Keebra Park, while building strong partnerships with primary schools to enhance student transition and enrolment. This dual-focus role supports strategic priorities related to academic success, future-focused pathways, and community engagement.

As the Head of Department - Junior Secondary, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
• Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
• Set high standards for student and staff performance.
• Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
