**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Activations Executive is responsible for the development, execution and measurement of all day-to-day brand marketing and Local Area Marketing in NSW. This position will also play a pivotal role in on-going stakeholder management with key external bodies. The main duties of this role include:
- Launching of new TOMRA sites from a marketing perspective, including operational signage, marketing signage and all related consumer communications
- Ownership of all NSW Marketing/Communications planning, development, execution, and reporting metrics across ATL and BTL media plus OOH, PR, print collateral, exhibitions and promotional events
- Managing and maintaining relationships with media, creative and PR agencies
- Creating compelling copy for brochures/print collateral, press releases, plus input to website content
- Brand management and collaboration with Marketing Director to create brand guidelines
- Working with the Marketing Director on annual market research and analysis to evaluate and track trends, TOMRA's brand awareness and competitor analysis
**Qualifications**:
- 3-4 years relevant marketing experience in consumer markets and/or products
- Relevant Marketing qualification
- A genuine passion for the environment and sustainability
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A positive and collaborative team player
