**The Role**: As a Mould Maintenance Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining the pool mould and ensuring all moulds meet the highest quality standards in preparation for production requirements. **Flexible working hours are available**.

**Duties and Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out mould detailing and repairs.
- Ensure adequate stock of raw materials and consumables.
- Communicate any mould issues to the Mould Maintenance Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the team's use of PPE.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality.
- Communicate effectively with the supervisor and team.
- Ensure daily completion of housekeeping duties.

**As a Team Member**:

- Participate in special projects to improve processes, tools, systems, and organization.
- Take responsibility for personal learning and development, setting achievable work objectives, and managing personal targets to meet Masterbuilt Manufacturing's business growth obligations.
- Demonstrate commitment to Masterbuilt Manufacturing's organizational values, emphasizing an exceptionally high ethical standard, integrity, collaboration, and teamwork.

**Skills and Experience is preferred; however not essential. What we do ask for is the following**:

- Good communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong focus on the quality of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $28.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
