Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Mould Maintenance Operator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the pool mould meets the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks with accuracy. Strong focus on quality is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out mould detailing and repairs
  • Ensure adequate stock of raw materials and consumables
  • Communicate any mould issues to the Mould Maintenance Supervisor
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the team's use of PPE

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that offers flexible working hours, including 10 hour shifts, 12 hour shifts, and 8 hour shifts from Monday to Friday. Overtime pay applies.

We require applicants to reside in Braemar, NSW 2575 and have work authorisation in Australia.
