Your Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be part of a team focused on achieving and surpassing sales budgets through your sales skills, technical knowledge, and exceptional customer relationships. You will represent GRC Surgical's portfolio of surgical devices used in detecting breast cancers and other medical issues. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work with external customers (primarily gynecology/breast care surgeons, radiologists, and theatre staff) to deliver superior clinical outcomes for Australian patients across Victoria.
You will be responsible for managing complex sales projects, leading trials, and delivering in-service sessions to support adoption of new technologies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
Surgical Sales Experience:
Proven experience in surgical sales within the healthcare industry
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Technical Aptitude:
Ability to learn and disseminate technical information
Analytical Skills:
Strong numerical and analytical abilities to prioritise tasks
Computer Literacy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Presentation Skills:
Clear and confident presentation abilities
Self-Driven:
Ability to work autonomously with initiative
Team Collaboration:
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
Desirable Skills and Experience
Clinical Background:
Experience as a registered nurse or allied health professional with relevant clinical or product knowledge
Commercial Acumen:
Previous commercial or sales experience with strong business writing and account management skills
