Responsibilities
  • Represent GRC Surgical's portfolio of surgical devices used to detect breast cancers and other medical issues.
  • Achieve and surpass sales budgets by leveraging sales skills, technical knowledge, and strong customer relationships.
  • Work with external customers (primarily gynaecology/breast care surgeons, radiologists, and theatre staff) to deliver superior clinical outcomes for Australian patients across Victoria.
  • Manage complex sales projects, lead trials, and provide in-service sessions to prepare teams to adopt new technologies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Surgical Sales Experience: Proven experience in surgical sales, particularly in the healthcare industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and disseminate technical information effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities to prioritise tasks and achieve results.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present information clearly and confidently.
  • Self-Driven: Able to work autonomously with initiative and proactive behaviour.
  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Clinical Background: Experience as a registered nurse or allied health professional with relevant clinical or product knowledge.
  • Commercial Acumen: Previous commercial or sales experience with strong business writing and account management skills.
