**Purpose of the Position**

As the Training Product Coordinator, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing training strategies that support the company's objectives. This role demands a high level of professionalism and confidentiality as you work closely with various stakeholders throughout the organisation.

**The Opportunity**
- **Issues Register Coordination**: Ensure inbound queries from industry stakeholders are addressed professionally and effectively.
- **Project Management**: Lead minor projects and develop project cases, implementing a framework for triaging and actioning industry intelligence.
- **Training Product Management**: Oversee minor changes to training programs and products, from initiation to execution.
- **Reporting and Meetings**: Provide detailed reports and actively participate in team and stakeholder meetings.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including the National Industry Engagement Team, Technical Committees, colleagues, subcontractors, and the public.
- **Industry Engagement**: Arrange, facilitate, and support various industry engagement activities.

**About You**
- **Experienced VET Professional**: You have substantial experience in the vocational education and training sector, with a minimum of 6 years' experience.
- **Hands-on Approach**: You are willing and capable of executing day-to-day tasks in addition to strategic planning.
- **Communication Skills**: You possess excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- **Knowledgeable**: You have a robust understanding of the Australian VET system and experience interpreting Training Package Requirements.
- **Organisational Skills**: High level of administrative capability with a keen attention to detail, record-keeping, and data entry skills.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Strong computer literacy, particularly in managing data and reports.
- **Collaboration Skills**: Ability to form and maintain strong professional relationships.
- **Qualifications**: A Bachelor's or Diploma in vocational education and training or a business-related qualification is highly regarded.
