Take the lead in organising training sessions, creating engaging materials, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful training outcomes. Join us and play a key role in driving the success of this transformative project.In this role, you will: - Develop, deliver, and monitor the FRaMES Project training plan activities and products
- Collaborate closely with the FRaMES Project Change Manager and key stakeholders to develop training strategies and schedules
- Create innovative ideas for software training in diverse environments
- Monitor training activities, identify gaps, and provide analytical reports
- Manage competing priorities to ensure timely delivery of training
- Provide expertise in learning management systems and instructional design
**What experience you will bring**: - Proven experience in developing and delivering training in a technical or software-related field
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning management systems
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships to achieve customer-focused outcomes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to foster an inclusive and healthy workplace
