Our Client Woodside a Global Oil & Gas major Operator are currently seeking a Cost Controller
- Facility Services to join them for 2-year contract.

This position provides financial management and cost administration services across the Facility Services team.

The Facility Services team provides services in Karratha to support key Onshore Assets (KGP, Pluto, KBSF) including Offshore and Expansion projects as required.

**Services include**:

- Facility Management (building maintenance, cleaning, catering, grounds, asset management, leasing, wastewater, waste management, property management & leasing)
- Accommodation Management (Housing & Villages)
- Transport (buses, site fleet management, LV fuel)

**Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Development, rollout and governance of WMS Facility Services Finance Procedure and supporting templates, tools, guidelines
- Subject Matter Expert on Financial Procedures/Cost Control - provide mentoring/advice to team
- Govern team Purchase Orders, Invoicing Plans and Service Entries in SAP to ensure compliance with procedures
- SAP payments focal point - processing of Service Entries, Credit Card Payments & Manual Payment Requests as required
- Management of cost centers to support visibility of budget management (establishing new, etc)
- Manage the annual budget process end to end (opex & capex)
- Manage monthly accruals, finance performance review and forecast including identification of variances or inconsistencies for team review
- Manage service provider billing performance, behaviours and schedule
- Cost analysis, benchmarking and option comparison across Portfolio of Services
- Project Cost control support
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Finance business acumen
- Skill with WEL Finance system (SAP)
- Advanced skill with MS Excel
- Skill with Power BI
