We are now recruiting committed, mature and trustworthy Customer Service Officers to join our vibrant and happy team at Serco. **About you**:
Customer service background
Strong verbal communication skills
A capable level of computer literacy
An engaging phone manner
A strong desire to learn new skills
Resilience and empathy
Australian Citizenship is essential

**What you will need**:
A strong work ethic
A can do attitude
Availability to have your work hours rostered anywhere between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.
