We're looking for a **friendly, experienced Barista** to join our hospitality team delivering premium service in a high-volume café environment — all within one of Sydney's most prestigious office buildings.

**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**
- Brew exceptional coffee (800+ cups/week) with consistency and speed.
- Maintain your barista station and café area — clean, stocked, and professional.
- Assist the workplace kitchen with light cleaning, restocking, and service.
- Deliver and set up catering for internal meetings and corporate events.
- Support the concierge/workplace team as needed — be part of a bigger experience.
- Keep safety top-of-mind — follow WHS standards in all you do.
- Stay active throughout the day — this role includes standing, walking, and light manual handling.

**YOU BRING**
- Barista certification + valid RSA.
- Previous experience in a busy café or high-end hospitality setting.
- Great energy, excellent time management, and a love for people.
- Willingness to jump in and help with events, kitchen, and guest service as needed.
- Flexibility for additional hours during peak periods.
