An exciting part time (4 days per week) opportunity is available for an experienced HR professional with experience in performance management, employee relations, influencing and coaching and employee retention and engagement. Reporting directly to our P&C Business Partner in South Australia and working collaboratively with our Business Partners interstate (QLD, NSW, Victoria).

**Day to day**

As an experienced HR Business Partner you'll be working with key stakeholders to advise and support them to manage their people agenda. You will be responsible for:

- Coaching business stakeholders on HR/IR operational matters
- Providing advice and recommendations on employee lifecycle activities
- Managing ER matters
- Building manager capability in relation to performance management
- Embedding HR projects (leadership, talent, culture, L&D)
- Developing tools, resources and programs to improve people outcomes
- Using data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives

**About you**

To be considered for this role you will require:

- 8 - 10 years HR experience preferably in a generalist Business Partner/Consultant capacity with a geographically dispersed workforce
- Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to lead through change
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Ability to think strategically but also deliver operationally
- Capability to coach and support leaders
- Relevant experience in a related industry - aged care or healthcare is advantageous
