WesTrac are currently looking for a motivated and passionate **People & Culture Advisor** to join our team in this newly created role.

Reporting to the People Services Manager, this individual is responsible for providing accurate and timely advice, support and consultancy as well as transactional services to managers, team members and internal P&C stakeholders.

This individual will support the People & Culture Business Partners in the management of people processes including providing training and guidance to Business Unit Managers to ensure effective team member management whilst ensuring adherence to legislative requirements, industry standards and WesTrac policies and procedures.

**To successfully fulfil the role expectations, you will be able to demonstrate**:

- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, or relevant field, or actively undertaking HR studies
- Solid experience working in a HR Advisory or Generalist role with exposure to working with frontline operations
- Previous experience working in a Shared Services environment - highly desirable
- Robust organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities
- Experience working proactively and innovatively in assessing issues and identifying solutions
- An understanding and ability to read and interpret employment law legislation
- Previous experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Performance and Goals - highly desirable
