**The role**
Opportunities exist for a Client Services Officer who will liaise with customers, technical departments and sales to ensure timely and efficient provision of services. This is a full time position working from Monday to Friday.
- Attend and respond to telephone inquiries and complaints
- Liaise with sales and technical departments to keep them up to date with customers' needs
- Recognize and respond to any possible sales opportunities that may arise from incoming calls, converting to a sale or qualified sales lead
- Follow up and resolve customer queries and complaints.
This role will be located at our North Melbourne branch.
**What's needed?**
Ideally you will have previous experience and the following skillsets:
- Tertiary qualifications in Science or related discipline
- Customer Service expereince
- Working knowledge of LabWare (desirable)
- Working knowledge of Chemistry, Allergen or Microbiology Laboratory operations (desirable)
