Aston Carters client, one of Australia's leading universities has an opportunity for an Executive Project Officer on a 6-month contract (with the possible opportunity to extend).

Some responsibilities include:

- Supporting the development, implementation and reporting of strategic and operational plans and budgets
- Coordinate and prepare reports and briefing papers to a very high level
- Assist the Dean to ensure internal control and reporting processes are in place
- Assist in the development of efficient office management systems
- Provide and ensure efficient communication exists within the school
- Review and improvement of processes in accordance with University policy

The role is a hybrid working between home and campus.
