**The role**
In this role you will provide support with managing Land & Commercial information and processes, focused on compensation compliance and contracts governance.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with external legislative requirements and internal Policies and Directives.
The role in more detail:
- Registering landholder compensation agreements in Origin's PACT agreement and payment system and with the Queensland Titles Office
- Coordinating landholder agreements post execution, including raising payment purchase orders and requisitions and set up in SAP/Ariba
- Coordinating land related payments, including local government council rates and land rent
- Managing data integrity including change of ownership relating to Landholder compensation agreements.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will come with prior experience in a similar role where you have interpreted contracts or agreements. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
MORE ABOUT YOU:
- Experience using SAP and/ or Ariba
- Experience in the energy industry or related industry beneficial.
