LAND 400 Phase 2 Commercial Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the prime contract for LAND 400 Phase 2, including preparing and reviewing ASDEFCON-based contracting documents.
  • Develop commercial solutions in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery across internal teams and external partners.
  • Focus on the Support Contract delivering sustainment and support services for the LAND 400 Phase 2 Boxer fleet to Defence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in contract negotiations and contract management, preferably in relation to Australian Defence projects.
  • Strong drafting skills and a sound understanding of contract law principles.
  • IT skills including Microsoft Explorer, Microsoft Office Professional suite and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated high level of personal motivation.
  • Strong background in working with multi-skilled teams.
