Job Overview

The Contracts Manager / Specialist / Graduate – Land 400 Phase 2 role plays a pivotal part in supporting the Commercial Lead for LAND 400 Phase 2 with the end-to-end management of the program’s prime contract.

This involves preparing, reviewing and adapting contracting documents, developing commercial solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, and ensuring effective contract delivery across both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the program's prime contract for LAND 400 Phase 2 from initiation to closure.
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies to ensure successful contract delivery.
  • Collaborating with the Commercial Lead to support tendering and contracting activities.

  • Experience in contract negotiations and contract management.
  • Strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of contract law principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional suite and SharePoint.
  • A high level of personal motivation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to contribute to the development of commercial strategies and consistent processes.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance - Baseline (Australian Citizenship required).
