How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next?

As our new Qld and Built Environment Aus Market Work Winning (WW) Team Leader, you'll work with a team of highly skilled specialists. You'll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of international clients and develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future. You'll drive value, connect assets to strategy and proactively respond to disruptive change.

Here are the key things you'll do:

- Liaise with the Qld and BE Market leadership teams to drive our key pursuits and initiatives
- Lead the definition of our value proposition and capture planning for the 'Engage' phase of projects to the final debrief
- Lead the Qld WW team and work with other WW market leads to facilitate the process and key elements of winning new work utilising the APAC WW team
- Shape the technical content provided by our team of SMEs into a tangible pitch for our potential clients

We value that each of our team members brings something different to Aurecon. We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.

Specifically, you'll have:

- Extensive industry experience in similar management consulting, engineering consulting or advisory roles across multiple markets such as Built Environment, Defence and others
- Some prior experience working in a contractor environment would be advantageous
- Significant prior people leadership experience
- APMP membership and / or Shipley accreditation
- A genuine passion to create value through the provision of superior client solutions
