How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next?

As our new Energy Market Work Winning (WW) Team Leader, you'll work with a team of highly skilled specialists. The Energy Market is going through a fast-paced transformation with a focus on supporting the decarbonisation revolution. To keep up, you'll need to be a dynamic and proactive leader. You'll work with a range of stakeholders to understand of their challenges and map a way forward to create value, connect assets to strategy and respond to disruptive change. You'll also have diversity in the role with the chance to work across other Markets as required.

Here are the key things you'll do:

- Liaise with the Energy Market leadership team to drive our key pursuits and initiatives
- Lead the definition of our value proposition and capture planning for the 'Engage' phase of projects to the final debrief
- Work with other WW market leads to facilitate the process and key elements of winning new work utilising the APAC WW team
- Shape the technical content provided by our team of SMEs into a tangible pitch for our potential clients
- Work with our Knowledge Management teams to help develop reusable collateral
- Work with the Brand and Marketing team to align our key pursuits and market messages

Specifically, you'll have:

- Extensive experience in similar management consulting, engineering consulting or advisory roles
- Prior experience working across the Energy Market would be advantageous
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and forge relationships with people across all levels of an organisation
- A 'can do' attitude and ability to shape an outcome, take ownership and think critically
- APMP membership and / or Shipley accreditation
