**About the Role**:

- Lead the coordination, delivery, and quality assurance of all Transaction Management services, ensuring that our clients' real estate standards are upheld across Australia and New Zealand.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the client's lease obligations, ensuring that client satisfaction remains at the forefront of all operational activities.
- Develop robust financial plans and targeted goals aimed at cost control and enhancing the efficiency of the client's real estate portfolio.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with team leaders to effectively drive both operational and strategic objectives.
- Provide additional transactional assistance across the APAC region when required, ensuring seamless execution of services.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation, encouraging innovative thinking and proactive solutions.
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met and aligned with contractual obligations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans designed to maximize the value of the client's property portfolio.
- Oversee the quality of all client reporting, standardizing systems and processes to enhance clarity and effectiveness.
- Leverage best practices, industry knowledge, and current market data to identify risks and seize opportunities within the client's portfolio.
- Oversee intricate, high-value real estate transactions that are essential for long-term business strategies and provide support for the PL during the Annual Financial Lease Planning process.
- Serve as the representative leader for Cushman & Wakefield, guiding the execution of transformative real estate projects.

**About You**:

- A relevant bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of previous experience in commercial real estate.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of PowerBI and other data and dashboard technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent time management skills and adaptability to change.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise quality and accuracy.
- Ability to take initiative and perform work independently.
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
