We are currently looking for a Testing & Commissioning Manager in the Rail Industry to be part of the Regional Rails project for NSW.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and define the T&C strategy and implementation methodologies to enable effective demonstration that all project and technical requirements are met, prior to hand-over.
- Implementation of the overall testing and commissioning process and quality monitoring mechanism suitable for cross-discipline purposes
- Maintain framework and controls for T&C, covering factory acceptance tests, site installation tests, site acceptance tests, integrated tests and statutory inspections to ensure that individual systems and the interfaces between different systems are systematically integrated.
- Lead the preparation of T&C schedules and plans to meet the project objectives.
- Lead the detailed implementation arrangements for T&C activities to ensure approved procedures and methods of work are applied correctly.
- Lead the preparation of the Integrator's T&C plans and Acceptance Test documentation and test executions on site.
- Monitor follow up actions through to closure of all non-compliances identified during T&C.
- Ensure a common and integrated approach to T&C documentation (test plans, test specifications, records of testing, and certificates, etc) is achieved.
- Lead presentations and meetings providing T&C data and progress to various key stakeholders.

**Profile**:

- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognized professional institution is desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience working within a large-scale multi-disciplinary environment, with hands-on experience in Testing & Commissioning in a railway environment.
- Working knowledge in T&C undertaken on railway projects, across multiple E&M systems and sub-systems to achieve an integrated railway.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong supervisory and interpretation skills.
- Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills.
