In this role, you will lead function of Test of & Commissioning for the Rail Infrastructure projects across **Australia and New Zealand** and provide technical and managerial leadership in Testing & Commissioning function.

You will:

- Be responsible as overall technical authority in Test & Commissioning and lead and mentor your team and ensure that there are adequate competent resources to meet the forecast project demands.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test and commissioning plans for rail signalling projects.
- Develop detailed test strategies and plans based on project requirements and industry standards.
- Act as the interface for to Project Management, Engineering, Bid, technical interface partners, customer, and other key stakeholders as necessary.
- Be a central point of contact for all Testing & Commissioning related matters.
- Manage the competency of your team and guide them to achieve the required competencies while maintaining a balance between delivery, competency growth and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices during

- You are an experienced Test and Commissioning leader with validated experience of leading the team of T&C personnel in delivery of Rail Systems projects.
- You are experienced in rail signalling systems such as CBTC and ETCS.
