Team Coordinator - AGL Site Transition Team
About the role:
As a Team Coordinator within the AGL Site Transition team, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the Programme Director and team, as they oversee the safe and responsible closure and transition of our sites. Reporting to the Programme Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Executive Support: Assist the Programme Director with diary management, travel coordination, expense management, and preparation of presentations and reports.- Team Coordination: Facilitate onboarding for new team members, coordinate key events, promote team engagement through regular communications, and support the Site Transition leadership team with administrative tasks.- Administrative Support: Establish and maintain centralised administrative systems, compile and maintain team documentation, assist with project documentation preparation, and manage document control processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Tertiary qualifications in administration, business, management, communications, or equivalent.- Proven experience in executive assistance and project coordination, preferably within a heavy industry environment.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
