Job Title:

About the Role:

We are seeking a Team Coordinator to fill a key position in our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing programme development and delivery, including clinical governance, across both services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing clinical education programs and working within evidence-based frameworks
  • Leading and mentoring a team of staff members
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to relate well with stakeholders
  • Understanding contractual obligations within a Residential facility and developing reports
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including networking with funders and other service providers
  • Solutions-focused and passionate about process improvements
  • Ability to lead with empathy and engage in hard conversations when required

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Allied Health field
  • Current, valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • National Police Check
  • Passion, commitment, and a great attitude with alignment to organisational values
