Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficient management of both physical and electronic records, including record sentencing, in accordance with set service standards and contractual requirements.Main DutiesMailroomReception dutiesFile creations and retrievalsData Entry/AdminHandle and resolve phone and email enquiriesAd hoc administration / duties as requiredSome moderate to heavy liftingKey RequirementsCurrent valid driver's license, and able to drive a van in the CBD and possibly heavy trafficTravelling to various sites located within the CBD, Mitcham and MulgraveMailroom and Reception experience is an advantage; however, training will be provided at all sitesAccurate data entry skills and attention to detailExceptional presentation and communication skillsAbility to work well within or lead a teamExcellent administrative, time management and organisational skillsDesire to deliver and exceed client expectationsWe believe in the power of an inclusive & diverse workforce.
