**About the role**
Our
**Home Loan Specialist** supports our
**Hornsby **customers with their current and future lending needs. You'll be challenging yourself every day to deliver lending results and help our customers achieve their financial goals through our great value products and services.
In these sales driven role we'll be looking to you for technical expertise, so you'll need experience in mortgage sales, lending or credit assessment. Being customer obsessed should be second nature to you, supporting customers and building relationships for long term benefit will be key to your success.
You'll also need to demonstrate that you enjoy:
- Meeting new people to understand their home lending and banking needs
- Building mutual connections across the bank and the local communities you serve
- Supporting and helping other Bankers and colleagues to learn and grow
- Helping solve problems to ensure a seamless mortgage experience
- Negotiating and influencing skills in a similar home lending role
- Getting results for your satisfied customers is a key personal driver
