Home Loan Specialist/Mortgage Broker

This role involves working as a Home Loan Specialist/Mortgage Broker, assisting customers throughout their home loan life cycle.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Convert leads and referrals to residential loan applications using strong sales acumen.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience during the home loan process.
  • Respond to customer needs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reach settlement targets while maintaining high customer feedback ratings.
  • Seek additional product sales opportunities from clients.
Requirements:
  • Excellent professional presentation and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • A minimum of three years of current home loan lending experience in a sales-based environment is required.
  • A proven track record in achieving sales results and business development skills is necessary.
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or MFAA accreditation is highly advantageous.
