We are seeking a Junior Wholesale Assistant to join our Alexandria Head Office Part Time. This role will be essential in supporting the By Charlotte global and domestic wholesale strategy.

**_ Role Intention_**

The Junior Wholesale Assistant works with the Wholesale team to maintain process management, and dispatch and provide sales and showroom support to ensure the optimal running of the department and positive upkeep of vendor relationships. The Wholesale Assistant upholds the By Charlotte brand spirit and values in all that they do.

**_ Tasks & Responsibilities_**
- Provide administration and communication support for the department, including input and carrying out tasks related to the preparation and implementation of the go-to-market strategy, order intake and dispatch, account management, sales, reporting and related functions
- Work closely with the team to achieve department goals and objectives
- Contribute to identifying areas of opportunity, resolution work throughs, workflow optimisation and maintaining productive internal and external communications and relationships

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is advantageous
