Responsibilities
Drive and implement a sector-leading strategy for the university's online education and non-award education programs.
Collaborate across the university and with stakeholder partners to create innovative student-centred online programs.
Drive strategic partnerships with industry, government and community stakeholders.
Oversee governance and operational delivery to ensure effective and efficient program delivery while maintaining high academic quality and student success.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have demonstrated academic leadership in online learning and curriculum innovation, in leading program design, delivery and reviews within a similar complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Commercially astute, entrepreneurial leader with a strong growth mindset and the ability to build and scale a successful business.
Demonstrates a high degree of emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
