The role of Deputy Dean of Graduate Research involves providing strategic leadership on Higher Degree Research (HDR). The focus will be on developing and delivering training programs for HDR candidates and supervisors, as well as broader contributions.
About the Role- Develop and deliver training programs for HDR candidates and supervisors;
- Make strategic contributions, including national and international representation, collaboration with senior leaders, industry and partner universities, shaping HDR policy and governance;
The Pro-Vice-Chancellor Research Training portfolio provides support and central administration for HDR candidates, supervisors and members of the research community. UNSW has a large number of HDR candidates who play a vital role in the University's research culture, output and performance.
