**Description**:
In addition to these exploration activities, you will support the enhancement of existing frameworks for managing all activities and responsibilities associated with maintaining participation in their chosen workers' compensation arrangements.

With an intimate understanding of the evolving workers' compensation landscape, you will take the lead in developing proactive solutions for our clients.

Exhibiting qualities that foster genuine rapport with key stakeholders—across clients, insurer partners, and broking colleagues—will be critical to your success in this role. Your ability to support participants across all available large employer alternate workers' compensation arrangements will underpin your success as a specialist, with future opportunities to grow a team.

**The Role**
- Lead feasibility assessments and strategic planning for client workers' compensation programs.
- Advise clients on eligibility criteria and regulatory requirements for all available large employer alternate workers' compensation (WC) arrangements.
- Liaise with regulators and stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations.
- Provide ongoing advisory support for clients insured under all available large employer arrangements, including claims governance, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated risk solutions.
- Maximize brand exposure through regular industry insight articles published on our social media platforms.
- Identify expansion opportunities in line with changing market conditions and develop service offerings to assist our clients accordingly.
- Manage key insurer partners and general broking relationships.
- Onboard major clients into the Workplace Risk practice.
- Manage key client programs featuring alternate workers' compensation arrangements.
- Develop and execute strategies to further embed solutions and frameworks within the broader Workplace Risk practice

**Qualifications**:
**The Requirements**
- Strong technical claims, premium, and self-insurance expertise across all Australasian jurisdictions
- Experience working across different large employer premium arrangements
- Experience consulting with jurisdictional workers' compensation and safety regulators
- Growth mindset with experience in financial modelling and feasibility analysis
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-suite
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximise resources effectively to achieve goals
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and self-sufficient
- Strong organisational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables
- Tertiary education relating to Workers' Compensation, Injury Management, or Work Health & Safety will be highly regarded
- Education or training specific to sales, negotiations, or client relationship management will be highly regarded
