We seek an experienced professional to lead feasibility assessments and strategic planning for client workers compensation programs.
The ideal candidate will advise clients on eligibility criteria and regulatory requirements for all available large employer alternate workers compensation arrangements.
A key responsibility will be to enhance tailored roadmaps, including financial modeling, preparedness assessments, and application support.
Liaising with regulators and stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations is also a crucial aspect of this role.
Ongoing advisory support for clients insured under all available large employer arrangements will be provided.
This position requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated risk solutions.
Fostering genuine rapport with key stakeholders, including clients, insurer partners, and broking colleagues, is vital in driving success.
